Great HALF service not so great experience

Let me explain the title of my review: The check-in was great! The receptionist at check-in was very helpful and courteous even if I was arriving late. The check-out was not helpful at all. It was 6:50 am and I asked if I could have at least a coffee since I had an early flight but he denied it telling he had to check with the breakfast room but he never checked. Therefore I left without it. I understand the breakfast was opening at 7:00am but he could at least checked. So would have give 5 stars for the check-in but 1 or 2 stars for the check-out. The room appear in a good shape and clean. But when I walked barefoot in the room (I have forgot my sleepers), my feet were completely black... Maybe a wash with water instead of a simple sweep with the broom would have been appreciated. The A/C was blowing air but not cold at all. I had to open the windows to have a little of cooler air although it was humid. The shower box had a minuscule entrance and I had to squeeze myself to enter to the shower on the side risking to break the sliding doors (and I am a normal size guy) The location wasn’t so great but that it is due to the town. In fact, the receptionist at check-in suggested to not leave ANYTHING in the car to avoid any break-in... Bottom line use this hotel only if it is your last resort...

Allowed us early check in. Orivided shittle buses for our group to take us to the centre of Rome. The wifi was not available in our room but was available in the main foyer. The room was clean and tidy and the air conditioning was fantastic.the breakfast was good. Highly recommended

We got our room 226 which is very small! the toilet lid was broken and the shower was mould ridden ( I am a size (uk)14/16 and can barley get in the shower) . We complained and was shown another room that was exactly the same but a smaller bed so we had to stick to the original room. We had looked at a lot of hotels/ Airbnb but rather than pay 50/60euro we thought we would like a little comfort so paid 93 euros for this room. HUGE MISTAKE! The walls are so thin we can hear the father and child across the hall as though they where sitting next to us!, literally you can hear everything from different rooms. On booking.com and their website they show modern rooms when in fact they are old dark and depressing. We could have stayed in the Marriott for 10euros less but this looked lovely. WRONG! Really depressing start to a holiday we have been really looking forward to!

Nice hotel in very good location. The hotel is right on the main square of Frascati. The room was nice and comfortable with a stunning view on Rome. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We booked a parking space in the courtyard and they took care of parking the car.

This is a budget priced hotel (for Ostia). The positive notes are a decent A/C system, clean bathroom, free breakfast. Somewhat neutral is its location, which is good in that it is right across from the beach, but a bit more of a walk to town centre with more restaurants/shops. The negative side is that the floor in the main room was not clean, our room itself was small (even by Italian standards). The hotel itself has more of a feel of a hostel than a hotel. The worst part about the experience was that the WiFi was non-existent, with the weak signal barely functioning less than 10% of the time. If you need a hotel with WiFi I would recommend looking elsewhere.
